Terminal Regulation

Applicability:

The Terminal Regulation (TR) is applicable within terminal buildings for service providers and airlines which are involved in the Passenger and Baggage Handling or are offering any other services within the terminal buildings

Purpose:

The purpose is to ensure

• An acceptable standard of overall performance
• Transparency for Services rendered by Flughafen Zürich AG towards all airport users
  
• High level of service towards the passengers

Service Providers and Airlines at Zurich Airport have to ensure that all employees are informed and act according to the guidelines published in the Terminal Regulation.

Validity: One timetable period.
Updates will be made for each timetable period.
