To start the charging process

1. Connect the charging cable
2. Open your Swisscharge charging app and select your charging station or hold the Swisscharge charging card up to the card reader
3. The charging process will start
   

To complete the charging process

1. Log off and remove the charging cable

2. Scan the QR code at the charging station and store your credit card details so that you can take advantage of the Swisscharge tariffs (CHF 0.65 per kWh, price subject to change)*

*Please be aware that charging apps or charging cards from third-party providers without a partner agreement with Swisscharge cannot be accepted. Please contact Swisscharge or your network provider for more information.

The charging costs are incurred either by using the provider Swisscharge or by payment using a Mastercard or Visa credit card (prepaid also possible). If you have a subscription with a different provider (e.g. Move), please find out from them directly about the current prices and any roaming charges.
