11.06.2020 - In May, 43'852 passengers were handled at Zurich Airport, which corresponds to a decrease of 98.4% compared to the same period last year. At today’s Annual General Meeting of Flughafen Zürich AG, all items on the agenda were approved in accordance with the proposals of the Board of Directors.
Flughafen Zürich AG preparing for slow Recovery / Conference Call on Friday
04.06.2020 - With airlines partially restarting its flight operations and most of the shops reopened, a slow recovery at Zurich Airport has begun. Flughafen Zürich AG has taken immediate measures to reduce its costs and investments in Zurich as well as in its international concessions. A conference call is being held on Friday to give an overview on the current business and outlook.
16.04.2020 - The impact of the COVID-19 crisis has led to substantial revenue declines since mid March for Flughafen Zürich AG. The board of directors has thus reassessed the situation and will propose to the upcoming Annual General Meeting a complete suspension of the dividend. This includes the cancellation of the initially planned ordinary dividend of CHF 3.90 per share and the previously announced additional dividend of CHF 3.20 per share. The Annual General Meeting will be held on June 11, 2020.
